I was nervous about selecting a primary care, but I have no regrets! The appointment process is the best part, all online and no waiting on the phone for hours. Amanda Keirn was the provider I saw and she was thoughtful, caring, & listened to all my concerns. She made sure to explain everything and made sure I left with no questions. I am excited to have a place I can visit without hassle. My only suggestion is figuring out a good phone system. If you need to call for any reason the wait time is usually long and or they don’t answer. Overall, I really like this place.

This place has gone extremely down hill in the last couple months. The providers they’ve newly hired are completely incompetent. Jamie Ebnother has been completely unhelpful even just refilling meds my husband has been on for years stable prior to her treatment. He is needed to schedule several follow ups to get meds refilled instead of just refilling at the first visit. They make you come in for all results (even completely normal ones) only to get another copay out of you. They have sent prescriptions for my husband under my name several times. I was previously sending all my patients to them as a provider myself and never will I do that again. Find someone else who actually cares about your health. I have proof the wrong meds have been sent in my name instead of his. Meds were not refilled since she was “uncomfortable filling”although the treatment guidelines recommend that as treatment. Also referrals were sent back 12/15 at 3:19pm since they were incorrectly filled out and when we called to check on them this office said they were sent and did not look into it further. Being in practice one year does not mean she is not incompetent.

I’ve been seen at Health Xpress Medical Center multiple times and they always go above and beyond for my medical needs. They take the time to answer all my questions and tell me on what I should do to get better soon. Always friendly staff and easy to get an appt and be seen quickly! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for medical care.

Not pleased with how I was dealt with as a new patient, will be looking elsewhere. Staff are very condescending and I have not received answers to questions I’ve asked. Seems to only care about the money. As you can see by their responses to other comments they are aware of their actions and find it okay to talk down to those in need.

This was my first visit in my USA life. So I checked reviews before go. But I was nervous. Because I can’t speak English well. And I’ve never used my insurance in USA. So I didn’t know how system is it. But one of desk office girl helped me a lot. She speak and explain to my insurance company’s employee instead of me even she was super busy. It was really thanks-full. I really appreciate her help. And my provider Amanda is super nice and kind . Her smile is awesome. She also tried to understand my bad English. And she explained until I understand. Anyway every employees was nice and smiling. I was very moved by their kindness. I’ll keep come here till I move another states .
